Ani Huang is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer of HR Policy Association, the nation’s leading public policy association of chief human resource executives, representing nearly 400 of the largest companies operating within the United States and globally. In this role, Ani leads the Association’s thought leadership and a global team of top human resource policy and practice experts.
Ani also serves as President and CEO of the HR Policy Association’s Center On Executive Compensation, a research and advocacy organization comprised of more than 130 HR Policy Association members dedicated to providing a reasoned perspective on executive compensation. In this role, Ani heads the Center’s operations, policy and best practice development and federal advocacy activities involving executive compensation design, disclosure, governance and taxation.
Ani joined HR Policy Association in 2012 and has two decades of high-level experience in compensation and human resources. She is a trusted advisor, author, and speaker on the topics of executive compensation and governance. Ani is frequently quoted by the news media and has provided expert testimony to lawmakers and numerous rule-making comments to federal agencies in support of the views of large employers.
Ani previously led compensation and benefits for a premier American multinational financial technology company, Global Payments, Inc., and held various positions at the leading German bank with a global network, Deutsche Bank A.G., in New York and Tokyo, Japan. Ani is a graduate of Stanford University.
