September 22, 2026

One month after the EU Pay Transparency Directive’s 7 June transposition deadline, Syndio surveyed 101 enterprise customers on how they’re actually handling it. The strategy questions are largely settled. Delivery is not, and 25% have already fielded a right-to-information request in a country where the law isn’t even in effect yet. Join Syndio experts Christine Hendrickson and Seni Ajamajebi and Askin Yasar from PepsiCo to see the full findings, and how your organisation compares.

The strategy is set. Is your delivery?

According to Syndio’s survey, 76% are running one baseline EU strategy, adjusting country by country. But delivery is another story: while 89% have decided the “how” for right to information, 78% haven’t issued the notice. And requests aren't waiting: a quarter have already received them.

What you’ll learn

  • Transposition status and the four signals from 101 enterprise customers: what’s settled, and what isn’t
  • Article 7 in focus: how peers are handling the four delivery decisions, pay definition, notice timing, delivery channel, and request volume
  • A concrete three-move plan for the next 90 days, and how Syndio’s platform supports each one
