Elizabeth Roseman is Head of Total Rewards for Corebridge Financial, which was previously the Life & Retirement businesses of AIG before its IPO in September 2022. At Corebridge, Elizabeth is responsible for the company’s compensation philosophy and employee value proposition, including the design, development and maintenance of market-aligned salary structures, incentive plans, benefit plans, retention strategies, retirement programs and global mobility arrangements. Prior to Corebridge/AIG, she was Head of Compensation at Merck & Co. and, before that, Head of Executive Compensation at Allergan. Elizabeth also served as Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs & Co. where she counseled on the legal and disclosure implications of executive compensation arrangements. During her tenure at Goldman, she was also Head of Regulatory and Reporting Operations in Internal Audit, where she managed regulatory interactions and served as liaison to the Audit Committee. Prior to Goldman, Elizabeth was an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney at Sullivan and Cromwell, LLP and Shearman & Sterling, LLP.
