Director, People Analytics Equality at Salesforce
Dan Kuang, Ph.D., is currently the Director of People Analytics for Equality at Salesforce. In this role, Dr. Kuang applies data analytics to define and drive decisions with critical diversity and equality outcomes. With 25 years of experience investigating and researching pay equity matters, Dr. Kuang is an expert on pay disparity. Prior to joining Salesforce, Dr. Kuang was a principal consultant at Biddle Consulting Group where he was primarily responsible for ensuring that clients were in compliance with Federal guidelines and regulations, and are prepared to respond to external legal threats and challenges. Dr. Kuang is an expert in analyzing and modeling complex and messy data, concentrating on high-stakes data analytics and social psychological research. He has extensive experience with Title VII-related matters. Specifically, he specializes in adverse impact and adverse treatment in class action employment matters including hiring, selection, promotion, termination, compensation, and employee relations.
