Paul Reiman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Novo Insights, a boutique advisory firm dedicated to helping Compensation teams make a bigger impact. Paul founded Novo Insights in 2022 to bring new insights to compensation management based on his 25 years of consulting and in-house compensation operating experience. After spending 12 years in compensation consulting in large consulting firms, Paul chose to make an impact in compensation and HR leadership roles at Morningstar, Commvault Systems, and CDK Global. During that tenure, he found that organizations needed a different approach to help them build better compensation strategies, operate their compensation team more efficiently, and deploy compensation technology more effectively. Paul is the primary analyst and author of Novo Insights CompTech Market Insight Report and is a sought-after speaker at compensation industry events like WorldatWork and local compensation associations. He lives in the suburbs of Chicago and is known to appear on stage as a musician in the Salary History Ban(d).
