What's in the webinar

Get a clear picture of what Article 7 requires, including the parts that are still legally ambiguous.

Is your process ready?

Any employee in an EU member state can formally request:

• Their individual pay level
• Average pay levels for colleagues doing equivalent work, broken down by gender

You must be able to document your rationale. And if your pay data isn’t clean – the burden of proof is on you, not them.

Most companies aren’t ready. Only 24% of European employers say they feel ‘very prepared.’

This session is here to help guide you.

You’ll learn:

• A clear picture of what Article 7 requires – including the parts that are still legally ambiguous
• The three operational models for handling RTI: manual, tech-enabled, and self-service
• A product walkthrough: how Syndio generates individualised, directive-aligned RTI disclosures in your employees’ language – and pushes them to your HRIS with one click
• A first look at how AI is beginning to change compensation decisions – and why the RTI data you’re building now is where it starts.
