Since 2020, Olya has helped guide Syndio’s product development across a period of skyrocketing growth. She has managed numerous products and features, including Syndio’s award-winning, patent-pending Pay Finder and Pay Policy Analytics features. Over her 25-year technology career, Olya has worked in product management, project management, operations, and customer support, in fields as diverse as finance, retail, HR, and media. She is passionate about creating the best possible customer experience.
