Norway Gender Pay Gap Reporting: What You Need to Know

LAST MODIFIED: January 10, 2025

Norway pay gap reporting

Under Norway’s Equality and Discrimination Act, employers must report on the gender distribution within their workforce, either in their annual report or on their website. At least every two years, employers must also include information about the gender pay and degree of part-time work in this report. These rules apply to companies with 50 or more employees, and companies with 20-49 employees if their workers’ representatives request it.
