California Pay Gap Reporting: What You Need to Know

In California, employers covered by the Pay Data Reporting law must submit annual reports to the  California Civil Rights Department (CRD). These reports include pay, demographic, and other workforce data for both payroll employees and individuals working under Labor Contractors in California. The deadline for submission is the second Wednesday in May each year.
