France Gender Pay Gap Reporting: What You Need to Know

France’s Gender Equality Index Law requires employers with 50+ employees to publish an annual Gender Equality Index report. This report is due on 1 March. Employers with 1,000+ employees may have additional reporting obligations under France’s Rixain Law. As an EU Member State, France’s pay gap reporting obligations will be modified by the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
