On Friday, August 28, the OFCCP finalized amendments to the scheduling letter and itemized listing that kicks off an OFCCP affirmative action audit for a federal contractor. The changes were extensive and immediate: Now, within 30 days of receiving notice of an audit, employers will have to prove to OFCCP that they conducted an annual pay equity analysis, disclose detailed information about how they set pay and promotions and much more.
