Finland’s Act on Equality between Women and Men (609/1986) requires employers with at least 30 employees to conduct a pay audit at least every two years as part of their Gender Equality Plan. As an EU Member State, Finland’s pay gap reporting obligations will be modified by the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
