Jennifer leads Asana’s People Insights & Social Impact teams where she is focused on supporting Asana’s award-winning people culture and furthering the company’s mission to enable the world’s teams to work together effortlessly. Prior to her current role, she led Asana’s Total Rewards and People Systems & Operations teams. Before Asana, she led Comp, Benefits and HR Ops at Virgin America, and also served as the interim Head of HR following the merger with Alaska Airlines. Before joining the corporate ranks, Jennifer spent more than 15 years advising clients of various sizes and industry on talent-related issues as a consultant with Mercer and Nua Group. She is happiest when exploring the world, dancing to live music, and spending time with her family (preferably, at the same time).
